Your T-shirts Arrive

Ship your T-shirts to use via the carrier of your choice. We will email you within 24 hours to notify you that we have received your T-shirts.

Your Order Is Placed In A Sterile Container

Your T-shirts are placed in a clean plastic box and labeled with your name and contact information. In this box, we keep all the cut blocks and paperwork in this box for the duration of the project.

Your T-shirts Are Cut

We take special care to prepare your T-shirts for cutting. During that time, we are focused and not distracted. No other box of T-shirts is open at this time. No other projects are in process. We are only focused on your T-shirts.

Your Quilt is Designed

Upon your approval of the quilt size, we layout out your quilt and assign each block a spot.

Your Blocks are Sewn Together

We then sew all blocks together, using the design option you have chosen.

Your Quilt is Long-arm Quilted

The finished project then gets its own special quilting design. It is finished on a Long-arm Quilt Machine that bonds the front and back of the quilt to make the quilt durable and long lasting.

Your Quilt is Bound

After Long-arm Quilting, the finished quilt received binding, which is a strip of fabric that runs around the edge of the quilt to finish the raw edge of the top, batting and backing materials.

Your Quilt is Inspected

We clean off all the little strings and fuzz. If the quilt is not perfect, we fix it!

Your Quilt is Packaged

We put your new quilt in a plastic bag in a clean box for shipping.

Your Order is Shipped

After your order is shipped, we notify you of the expected delivery date. As we receive updates from the shipper, we notify you of any changes to that delivery date.
