Always A Memory Quilts is a reflection of our passion for the history and artistry of quilt-making. We know from personal testimony, every quilt tells a story, and every quilt holds precious memories.

Our shop is run by two quilters who enjoy hearing customers’ stories, and helping them to preserve those memories. Kay Peters is an accomplished quilter who creates the beautiful products we produce. When her mother gifted Kay her first Amish quilt as a wedding gift, Kay was hooked. That gift inspired Kay to refine her craft, while learning from some of the best quilters. Her work has been showcased at quilt shows, and as coveted auction items for non-profit fundraising.

Pam Yoko is a graphic artist, writer and quilter. Her love of quilts began as a child, spending time with family in Mississippi, sleeping on a feather mattress with handmade quilts keeping her warm and cozy. Those quilts, made with pieces of clothing that family members once wore, are now family heirlooms for future generations.

It is a great honor to have a customer share their cherished stories with us. We take our purpose seriously. Seeing the joy in their eyes as they unwrap their finished order. . . that’s why we created Always A Memory Quilts. We just love making people happy.
